The open plan living area is light and airy with oak floor and high ceilings and an original victorian marble fire place.
There is a comfortable corner sofa with feather cushions and a stripy armchair to relax in, a 40” flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod dock. Fabulous original art adorns this room including a 4ft x 5ft canvas of the sea and a fun mosaic guaranteed to make you smile if not peckish! And if you are there is also an extending dining table & comfortable chairs.

The kitchen has been designed on a nautical theme with shiny gloss white curved cupboards, chunky worktop, lots of stainless steel and great lighting. All top of the range integrated appliances; dishwasher, electric fan oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge and wine cooler.
There is a separate utility room in the same design housing washer/dryer freezer and water softener.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a large padded headboard, with a deck-chair stripe, soft,new carpeting, furniture and of course seaside art. The en-suite shower room follows the theme of modern, white glossy and shiny steel, with a Travertine stone floor and a wonderful art panel of stained glass and pebbles, designed especially for the apartment.

This is a twin bedded room, soft, new carpeting, large padded headboards, hand-painted wardrobe, chest of drawers & victorian mirror. A lovely room with an original Victorian fireplace.

The main bathroom has a contemporary feel with a 1m wide sink, an art panel, a huge mirror, travertine stone flooring and walk in shower, lined with stone. Again an amazing Aqualisa shower. Underfloor heating and a heated towel rail.
We provide ‘White Company’ fluffy towels for our guests.

We have designed this room with a dual purpose as we realise that different families and groups have different needs. This room again has a seaside feel with soft carpeting, leather sofa, stripey armchair, sideboard and flat screen tv - a great tv room for children. However the sofa is in fact a sofa bed, so the room easily transforms into another bedroom if required.
